Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026 — Sudle Systems LLC, Columbus, Nebraska

Acceptance

By using any service provided by Sudle Systems LLC or engaging with this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

SUDLE SYSTEMS offers the following subscription-based service plans:

  • Sudle Base — $109/month
  • Sudle Plus — $179/month
  • Sudle Pro — $299/month
  • Founders Offer — $99/month for the first 90 days, then automatically transitions to Sudle Plus at $179/month

All plans include a free foundation build (website, Google Business Profile setup, Apple Maps listing, and basic branding) completed prior to the start of billing.

Billing and Cancellation

All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

To cancel, you must provide 30 days written notice to contact@sudlesystems.com. You will continue to have access to services through the end of your current billing period.

SMS Consent and Opt-Out

By engaging with our services, you consent to receive SMS communications from Sudle Systems LLC related to your account, appointment reminders, follow-up sequences, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and materials provided by Sudle Systems LLC remain the intellectual property of Sudle Systems LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. The foundation assets (website, branding) provided to clients are owned by the client upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudle Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of systems, or conduct that harms SUDLE SYSTEMS or its clients.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
