Acceptance

By using any service provided by Sudle Systems LLC or engaging with this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Sudle Systems is a CRM software platform offered on the following subscription-based plans:

• Base — $99/month
• Plus — $149/month
• Pro — $249/month

Billing and Cancellation

All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

To cancel, you must provide 30 days written notice to contact@sudlesystems.com. You will continue to have access to services through the end of your current billing period.

SMS Consent and Opt-Out

By submitting the booking form on sudlesystems.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS communications from Sudle Systems LLC related to your scheduled product walkthrough or demo, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by Sudle Systems LLC remain the intellectual property of Sudle Systems LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Any deliverables produced through optional Growth Services (such as a website or branding assets) are owned by the customer upon final payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudle Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of the service, or conduct that harms Sudle Systems or its customers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
